Yonsei Sangnam Institute of Management

* Sangnam Institute of Management (SIM) is a specialized business management training facility.
   The rooms at SIM are operated for the purpose of conducting educational programs,
   and external usage is only available through recommendations from the institution's members.
* For events organized by the institution, a 10% discount is applied upon submission of an official letter.
* For [Long-term/Group Stay Discount], a 10% discount is applied for reservations of 7 nights or more,
   or for bookings of 7 or more rooms. (Applicable only for lump sum payments.) 
* If both the official letter discount and the long-term/group stay discount conditions are met,
   a maximum discount of 15% is applied. 
* For weekend and public holiday stays, an additional fee of KRW 50,000 per day is charged
   based on the regular rate.
* As part of our environmental protection policy,
   disposable items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided in the rooms.

[Usage Fee Payment Guide]
1. Payments for usage fees can be made through on-site payments, credit cards,
     or bank transfers to Yonsei University's account at Woori Bank (Account number: 126-000091-18-322).
2. On-site payments can only be made through credit card transactions. Cash payments are not accepted.
3. Room reservations can be made up to 3 days in advance.
    Same-day reservations are not allowed.
4. Cancellations and changes can be made without a penalty up to 3 days
     prior to the intended usage date.
5. If a cancellation is made on the day before the intended usage date,
     a penalty equivalent to 50% of the regular fee for the initial day will be charged.
     If a cancellation is made on the same day as the intended usage date,
     a penalty equivalent to 100% of the regular fee for the initial day will be charged. 

[Room Usage Information]
1. Rooms are based on double occupancy, and an additional fee of KRW 20,000 per extra bed applies.
2. Check-out is available from 06:00 to 11:00, and Check-in can be done between 15:00 and 22:00.
3. Room cleaning service is not provided on weekends and public holidays.
4. A penalty will be charged for check-outs after the designated check-out time.
     From 11:00 to 15:00, a penalty of 10% of the regular rate will be applied, and after 15:00,
     a penalty equivalent to one night's stay will be charged.

[Facility Usage Precautions]
1. The premises are non-smoking throughout both indoor and outdoor areas.
2. The institution is an educational facility; bringing alcoholic beverages onto the premises is not allowed.
3. Please be mindful of excessive noise on the premises to avoid disturbing others,
     as this is an educational facility.
4. Consuming food in unauthorized areas within the premises is not permitted.
5. To prevent fires, the use of cooking equipment and heating appliances is prohibited.
